Munster Electronics company is your expert partner for machines in the whole area of paper and film industry. Additionally we offer forward-looking solutions for remote maintenance, the construction of special machines as well as extruder controls. Our project-oriented planning is based on extensive know-how in control and process engineering. Thanks to our experience of many years we provide optimum support.

With our electromagnetic punching units holes can be punched into materials such as PE, BOPP, PP, paper, and many more, while the web is running. Depending on the material, it is possible to reach speeds of up to 130 metres per minute.

Technical details:
> Web speed: up to 130 m/min
> Number of strokes: depending on version of magnet up to 60 strokes/sec
> Punching pattern positioning via print marks (photocell)
> Programmable logical control with high-quality touch screen
> Matrix control (prevention of holes in the print image)
> Punching strengths continuously adjustable (depending on material)
> 36 punch programme memory (to be called from table)
> Print mark hiding to suppress interference marks

By immersing a rotary knife into a U-ledge which serves as a support for the material lying in between, a tear-off perforation is applied to a material across the running direction of the web.
The tear-off strength is varied by changing the knives and their cut/no-cut ratio.

Technical details:
> Cut-off length: 200 mm – 10,000 mm
> Cutting speed: 120/min.
> Positioning possible via print marks (photocell)
> Programmable logical control with high-quality touch-screen
> Drive by servo motor

The entirely new eccentric transversal perforation places your cuts more precisely and cleanly than ever before!

Our die-cutters work with so-called punching plates that are fixed on a magnetic cylinder. This saves a tiresome screwing or gluing.
Thanks to the futuristic drive system, continuously adjustable punch patterns can be realized with a single cylinder (by means of print mark registration). Speeds of up to 300 m/min have been possible so far without problems.
The drive is powered by servo motors that actuate the cutting cylinder (magnetic cylinder) and the counter pressure cylinder independently of each other.

Technical details:
> Web speed: up to 300 m/min
> Punching tools: 1-4 per cylinder
> Punching positioning via print marks (photocell)
> Programmable logic control with high-quality touch screen.
> Film thicknesses of up to 100 µm
> Web widths of up to 800 mm
> Free formats (different distances with the same cylinder circumference)
> Variable tool position during operation
